BOOKING POLICIES:


Cyprus Chicago has the right to refuse service for any reason.


All services provided are non-refundable.


If you have had your eyebrows/lips/liner previously tattooed and are interested in a correction/cover up/rework, you MUST email us a clear photo BEFORE booking your appointment for approval. You are also welcome to schedule a complimentary in-person consultation where we can assess your previous tattoo and approve you for booking. (We don't care if it was 20 years or 2 months ago, or if you can "barely see it", or if you've gone through laser or saline removal. If you'd had it done, please be honest and let us know!) IF YOUR PREVIOUS COSMETIC TATTOO IS NOT APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING A NEW SERVICE- YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.


If you breach the policy, arrive with a contradiction, or pay a deposit before reading through our policies and you have a contradiction, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be canceled.

It is your responsibility to review Pre & Post Care before booking your appointment.


Pricing is subject to change at any time.


Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed.

We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results.


If I feel that you are too unsure, indecisive, or impulsive about your tattoo, we have the right to refuse to offer the client work. Another deposit fee will be charged if you would like to book again.


Our minimum age requirement for a tattoo is 18 years old.


DEPOSITS:


Deposits are non-refundable.


A deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.


Deposits will be held for no longer than 6 months.


RESCHEDULING:


We require 48 hours notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment and forward your deposit to a later date.


You may only reschedule your appointment two (2) times. This includes new service and touch-up appointments.


For touch-up appointments, a $100 rescheduling will be required to re-book any appointment that was not rescheduled 48 hours before your service, cancelled for lateness, or if it is marked as a no-show.


If you are looking to reschedule your appointment within the 48 hour window, you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to make a new deposit before rescheduling.


CANCELATIONS:


If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.


NO SHOWS:


NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of the services missed. No exceptions.


Please contact us if you are going to be late. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment.


PREVIOUS WORK/TATTOO REMOVAL:


Previously tattooed areas and cover ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged accordingly.


When previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, laser tattoo removal will be required before we begin the correction/cover up. We have referrals for laser removal, as we do not offer that type of removal in our studio.

More than one tattoo/lightening session is usually required. Number of sessions requires varies case by case.
